Privacy Policy

Last updated: Draft of October 2026

This policy explains what information ANYKEYSTONE LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, collects when you use AEward, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. AEward is a business service, and we treat the information you give us about your firm as confidential.

1. Information you give us

  • Account: your email address and password. Passwords are stored by our authentication provider in hashed form; we never see them.
  • Firm profile: firm name, NAICS codes, target states, size category, set-aside certifications and past agencies you enter.
  • Your work in AEward: opportunities you track, their status and your notes, and saved searches.
  • Messages to the AI advisor and searches you type (see section 4).
  • Support emails you send us.

2. Information collected automatically

  • Usage counts: how many searches, firm lookups and AI queries you make, and AI usage volume, used to apply plan limits. These record counts, not the content of what you searched or asked.
  • Sign-in and device information: IP address, browser and device details when you sign in, kept by our authentication provider for security and to enforce one person per account.
  • Server logs: our hosting provider briefly logs requests, including IP addresses, to operate and secure the service.
  • Cookies and browser storage: we use only the cookie needed to keep you signed in. Your AI advisor conversation is saved in your own browser so it persists between visits. We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies.

3. Billing

Payments are handled by Stripe. Card details go directly to Stripe and never reach our servers. We store your Stripe customer ID and your plan. Stripe keeps invoices and payment records, as required for tax and accounting purposes.

4. AI features

  • When you use the AI advisor, plain-English search, opportunity analysis or teaming suggestions, we send your question or search, relevant opportunity details, and relevant firm-profile details (such as firm name, NAICS codes and target states) to Anthropic, which provides the AI models. Under Anthropic’s commercial terms, this data is not used to train its models.
  • To make answers more relevant, the advisor may also use your tracked opportunities and saved searches as context.
  • We do not store your AI conversations on our servers. Only usage counts are kept. Conversations stay in your browser.
  • Memory notes:where available, the advisor can save short notes about your firm’s interests and preferences so it can help you better over time. These are stored on our servers, are visible and editable in Settings, can be turned off, and are deleted with your account.

5. Public records we display

AEward displays information from public government sources, including SAM.gov entity registrations, contract awards from USAspending.gov, and solicitations from federal, state and local portals, which can include the names and contact details of government contracting staff as published in those notices. This information is public and is not governed by deletion requests to us. To correct it, contact the source (for example, update your SAM.gov registration).

6. How we use information

  • to provide AEward: search, matching, alerts, analysis and your pipeline;
  • to send account, billing and service emails, and the updates you choose (section 9);
  • to secure the service, prevent abuse and enforce our Terms;
  • to understand overall usage and improve AEward; and
  • to comply with law.

We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising. We never show your firm profile or pipeline to other users. If we ever introduce a feature that does, we will ask you first.

7. Who we share it with

We share information only with service providers that run AEward for us, under their terms, and only as needed:

  • Supabase: database and authentication
  • Vercel: hosting
  • Stripe: payments and billing
  • Resend: email delivery
  • Anthropic: AI features (section 4)

We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect rights and safety, or as part of a merger or sale of our business, in which case this policy continues to apply.

8. Retention and deletion

  • We keep your account data while your account is open.
  • Deletion: email support@aeward.aifrom your account’s address, and we will delete your account and its data (email, firm profile, tracked opportunities and notes, saved searches, memory notes and preferences) within 30 days.
  • We keep billing records for as long as tax and accounting law requires, typically up to 7 years, and may keep usage statistics in a form that no longer identifies you.
  • Export: ask us for a copy of your tracked opportunities, notes, saved searches and profile.

9. Your choices

  • Email: account and billing emails are always sent. The daily digest and alerts can be turned off with the unsubscribe link in each email or in Settings. Newsletters and marketing are sent only if you opt in.
  • AI memory and context: where available, you can turn these off in Settings.
  • Access, correction, export and deletion: update your profile in Settings, or email us.

10. Security

Data is encrypted in transit, access to our database is restricted, and card data is handled only by Stripe. No system is perfectly secure; if we learn of a breach affecting your information, we will notify you as required by law.

11. Who AEward is for

AEward is a US business service for people aged 18 and over. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

12. Changes

We will post updates here. For material changes we will email account holders at least 30 days before they take effect.
